Course Description
Soft and hard tissue aesthetics around the teeth is a vital part of periodontal surgery. This course will focus on how suture techniques and soft tissue engineering can affect the outcome of periodontal procedures, including implant-supported prostheses. Use of Periodontal Plastic Surgery Techniques will also be stressed for optimal aesthetic outcome and facilitation of oral hygiene.
This course will include a didactic portion as well as a hands-on where participants will practice suture techniques on animal jaws.
All participants will receive a certificate of completion at the conclusion of each course.
